WRI™ combines VPD, drought duration, wind speed, vegetation cover (NDVI via Google Earth Engine), terrain slope and climate zone into a 0–100 risk score. Tropical zone guards prevent false positives in equatorial regions. Mediterranean calibration fires at different thresholds than temperate zones.
